exchange policy

The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receive with the presentation of the invoice, with following conditions:

a. The product is unused and in its original purchase condition, and with its original packaging.

b. Or if there is a defect in the product that is not due to misuse.

Non-returnable products:

a. Custom-designed products, such as custom furniture or modified clothing, ... etc.

b. Health Products, or opened cosmetic, or perishable.

Refund of amounts paid:

a. In the event of a return within 7 days: the full amount of the product will be refunded.

b. In the event of a return within 7 days with a defect in the product: the full amount of the product will be refunded, and the store will bear the delivery fees and bank transfer fees.

c. In the case of electrical appliances within the warranty period: an amount will be refunded for the remaining days of the warranty period if there is a defect that is   not due to misuse, and the store will bear the delivery fees.

Refund method:

a. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used when purchasing.

b. The amount will be deposited within 15 working days of approval of the request, according to the policy of the bank with which the customer deals or the card issuer.

Return Process:

1. The customer contacts customer service to report his desire to return the product.
2. If the store bears the shipping costs, the shipping company will contact the customer to receive the product.
3. If the customer bears the shipping costs, the customer has the following options:
1. Transfer the shipping cost to the supplier for the shipping company to receive the product from the customer.
2. Or deliver the product to the supplier on following address:
